What is this program—and what is it not?
This is a preventative maintenance program designed to identify visible exterior issues and perform limited maintenance services. It is not a manufacturer's warranty, workmanship warranty, leak guarantee, home inspection, insurance policy, or guarantee against future damage or component failure.
Can I cancel my membership?
Customers may cancel future membership at any time by providing written notice to ITM Exterior Solutions. ITM may also cancel for non-payment, unsafe site conditions, repeated inability to access the property, or circumstances that prevent safe completion of services.
What if weather changes my appointment?
Weather-related postponements initiated by ITM will not incur a fee and will be rescheduled at the next available opening. A $50 rescheduling fee may apply when ITM cannot access the property because of locked gates, pets, vehicles, restricted areas, or other access limitations.
